My name’s Marla, and I’m passionate about helping my clients reach their personal fitness goals. I see fitness as holistic and my clients as family. I equip you with all the tools necessary to not only lose weight and get fit, but to adjust your entire lifestyle to make fitness your priority in every way you live. I incorporate many methods, including line dancing.
Line dancing for fitness? Oh yeah! You’ll have so much fun you won’t realize how in shape you’re getting. That’s right, line dancing is one important part of my comprehensive, multi-pronged approach to losing weight, increasing strength, improving flexibility, and building cardio endurance beyond your wildest dreams. Fitness training won’t feel like work with me. I will make sure you enjoy the ride instead of just looking forward to the destination.
The old ways of getting in shape will feel very old after you join me on our rocket ship to health and fitness. It all starts with nutrition. Getting fit and staying healthy begins and ends with what you put into your body. That’s why I offer a thorough dietary analysis. I train my clients one to one, all levels. There is no one size fits all in fitness training. Whether you’re training for a triathlon, rehabbing an injury, preparing for bathing suit season, or just want to get off the couch, I will work with you closely to meet your unique fitness goals. I don’t have a set program. I cater my training to you because your health and fitness needs are as individual as you are. I have successfully trained premier athletes, people with disabilities, and everyone in-between. I’m confident that I can help change your life for the better.
Fitness has always been important to Marla. She was very athletic in high school and attended college on track and volleyball scholarships. As an adult Marla has participated on several championship volleyball teams and has ridden in the El Tour de Tucson more than seven times. She has done this on two-wheeled, three-wheeled and even a four-wheeled bike. She has also competed in sprint triathlons. Marla has been an ACE Certified Personal Trainer since 2002. She cares deeply about fitness for everyone.
She has worked with clients of all ages, from teenagers to seniors the disabled, breast cancer survivors, stroke victims, individuals with cerebral palsy, and those recovering from debilitating injuries. Many of these clients have gone on to participate in El Tour de Tucson, Race for the Cure and other events. Marla also enjoys being an indoor cycling and line dance instructor.
Marla designs her fitness programs with the individual in mind. No two people are alike; therefore, no two programs are alike. As owner of My Mobile Fitness, Marla can guarantee a private, safe and clean environment in which to train.
If you would like to lose weight, live a healthier lifestyle, or improve your current performance, then Marla is the one who can help.
